Tennessee Building & Moisture Analysts, Inc. (TnBMA) provides honest, objective assessments of moisture intrusion using state-of-the-art equipment in residential and commercial buildings. We offer an unbiased, data-backed evaluation of any moisture issues that exist in the home's wood structure.

TnBMA only uses state-of-the-art testing equipment including wet wall scanners, infrared cameras, and moisture probe testers. Using this equipment we assess moisture levels and verify any suspected damage to the home's wood structure. Overstated or more commonly, understated moisture intrusion reports, have become a serious problem to homeowners and home buyers.

With the tremendous growth of the home inspection industry throughout the country, and the lack of state licensing laws or controls over the industry, too many homeowners or owners-to-be are getting a "light inspection" so not to cause problems or kill a deal. Because of this there is an increase in law suits and litigation cases.

Our clients are provided with an honest, detailed easy to understand written and bound report that includes detailed photographs of the home's elements that were tested. The moisture intrusion levels and damage to structural elements found at those specific locations are listed.
